NOTE 1:  Jersey was  worn by Juan Covarrubias during a farewell match of his dear friend Fernando Cornejo (R.I.P) when "Corazón de minero" said goodbye to all his fans. 

NOTE 2: This auctioned jersey lot includes also a T-shirt printed on front with a Fernando Cornejo image  " Estamos Contigo Fernando"  issued during campaigns to support and help the health status of Fernando Cornejo.
