PROVENANCE: AMAZING! Short comes in first source from former 1986 Argentina national kitman Rubén "Tito" Benros (RIP 2017). Short comes from his son.  Short was gifted by Diego himself to Tito Benros during trainign sessions and after the death of Tito, inherited by his son. 

NOTE 1: Benros was the prop man of that wonderful team that was champion in Mexico 86 and runner-up in Italy 90. And he was also part of Basile's staff in the United States 94. He was Diego's choice to accommodate and take care of his garment in the "albiceleste". So strong relationship between Diego and him during the glorious years.

NOTE 2: FIRST TIME EVER AUCTIONED WITH PROVENANCE AS THIS .So absolutely incredible provenance for a gem witness to one of the greatest sporting feats of all time, performed by, for many, the best of all time, Diego Armando Maradona.  Worn on training ground by Diego himself preparing his major title with his national team in mexican lands.

NOTE 3: Shorts, apart from being worn in training, were also worn for the preparatory friendly match against U-19 America of Mexico during these days because the argentinian staying at their club training ground in Coapa, México.
