PROVENANCE:  The shirt comes from known chilean match worn collector  and comes from his personal collection.

NOTE 1:  Despite being one of the prettiest designs jersey, this 1994 very sought after long sleeves away design was never worn in match for adult national team iwith "Adidas" text embroidered on front . (Only home design worn) .  This away design  was used also  in 1993 but only for U-17 national team but with name on back for preparatory matches and U-17 World Cup.

NOTE 2: Because the label, this jersey was unused spare issued for the adult team.
