PROVENANCE: The jersey comes in first source from Cristian Kili Gonzalez and was swapped by him after the match. Acquired some time later by the current consignator who is a recognized argentinian collector of match worn jersey.

NOTE 1: GREAT CHANCE FOR ANY LEEDS FANS. Jersey issued to Jonathan Woodgate to be worn during the second leg for semifinals in UCL on May 08th, 2001 ion Mestalla. This 2000/01 season represented the best Champions League performance ever for the club , when they reached the semi-finals of the competition. David O'Leary was the team's manager in that campaign.
In the 1999-2000 season, Leeds United also had a successful run in the UEFA Cup, being eliminated in the semi-finals by Galatasaray.

NOTE 2: "Kily"Gonzalez played on pitch until 64', meanwhile Woodgate was unused bench player that game , so jersey was swapped after the match.
