NOTE 1: Jersey probably worn during the Libertadores cup 1993 by Luis Perez, as the player told to Dream Auction when contacted . Player described that he keept until now the jersey worn during the match away in Sao Paulo ( Leg 1) , but this one looks absolutly like the one long slevee version with painted back number worn/issued during the tournament when the chilean side reached the final.
