PROVENANCE: Jersey comes from former Vitesse & international chilean striker Gonzalo Lorca , who swapped after the match with the ecuatorian midfielder. Jersey comes from Lorca's personal collection.

NOTE 1:  Unique game worn jersey used on pitch  in the last match of the season when the dutch giants reached the "eredivisie"  21st champion trophy  A must for any real PSV fan!.

NOTE 2: PSV reached the title  PSV Mendez won two Eredivisie titles, in the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 seasons, scoring 15 goals. He was the first Ecuadorian player to play in a match and score a goal in the UEFA Champions League.
