PROVENANCE:  The jersey comes directly from a huge southamerican well known collector. Jersey comes from his personal collection and was got in first source from Scottish kitman decades ago. The story of the shirt  tells is that Uruguay and Scotland shared a hotel and in that world cup , so the Uruguayan ans scottish kitmans swapped at the end of the group stage.
As related in that age from scottish kitman , jersey was worn on pitch against Denmark, wich it matches with the  position of the number, etc. SEE PHOTO ATTACHED 

Frank McAvennie played 2 games in that world cup and particularly in this match he came from the bench in second half.

NOTE 1: Exclusive and rare world cup jersey  worn on pitch on June 06st, 1986 against Denmark. Scotland was sentt of after Goup Stage , due 2 lost games and one draw.
