PROVENANCE: Jersey comes from huge uruguayan international collector and was obtained in direct source from former uruguayan player and coach Nelson Acosta's relatives. So comes from his personal collection.

NOTE 1: Jersey gifted by Bufarini to Nelson Acosta after a match during the 1988 season. Unremembered match.

NOTE 2: Nelson Acosta was O'higgins coach from 1988-1991 with 153 games coaching.
