PROVENANCE: Jersey comes in original source from the referee supervisor of the match player between Perú vs Argentina, and then bought from the current well known argentinian consignator to the supervisor's daughter.

NOTE 1: LONG SLEEVED. Rare away long sleeved version not sold in retails and issued to Martín Hidalgo with the number #5 fro the match on July 17th, 2004 for America Cup R8, wich was not usual number for the player during his national team vcareer, so very difficult to find jersey for any national team collector.
