PROVENANCE: Full fabric zip tracksuit comes from southamerican match worn collector and was obtained years ago, among other Diego Maradona's pieces,  thought an worldwide auction. Pieces comes from his personal collection and are shared for first time ever up for auction to all fans around the world.

NOTE 1: ONE IN A KIND. Tracksuit design  really hard to find, considered a gem from 1979 made by Adidas in pristine codition and worn by Diego Maradona with correct size 46 at his national team first appearances. Tracksuit with special details as zip on upper front and small size adidas logo embroidered on lower front.

NOTE 2: EUROPEAN TOUR WITH DIEGO SCORING FIRST GOAL FOR NATIONAL TEAM. A year after winning the 1978 World Cup, the Argentine national team, coached by César Luis Menotti, undertook an excellent tour of Europe, playing four friendly matches. The first was on May 22, 1979, against the Netherlands in Switzerland, the second match was played against Italy in Rome on May 25th, ending in a 2-2 draw. and then came the 0-0 draw against Ireland in Dublin, and finally, the national team finished the tour by defeating Scotland 3-1 in Glasgow. There, Diego Armando Maradona scored his first goal for Argentina.
