PROVENANCE: Jersey given by Chilavert himself to a former worker of Chilavert's home. Jersey  delivered from his ex-wife to the current consignator.

NOTE 1: SPECIAL JERSEY WORN IN SECOND HALF. Jersey worn on September 05th, 2001 by the Parguayan legend against Bolivia for WCQ. During the first half, he came on wearing the same jersey but with a different detail: it didn't have a number on the front, and the back had his name and number in a different color. In the second half, he came on wearing this jersey with a number on the front and no name on the back.

NOTE 2: FREE KICK GOAL WEARING THIS JERSEY. Chilavert scored his first free kick goal in Asunción wearing this jersey becoming "man of the match" with outstanding performance  scoring his team's third goal  five minutes into the second half.
