PROVENANCE: BEST OF THE BEST. Jersey comes directly from Alvaro Recoba's family; it was delivered by Diego Perro, Recoba's brother-in-law.

NOTE 1: RARE AND EXCLUSIVE JERSEY. Rare and hard to find 1997 Venezuela national team home jersey, made by Polmer.  Worn during America Cup and some world cup qualifiers match, example vs Argentina and Perú and 1997. Polmer was brand garment for Venezuela  national team only in 1996 and 97.

NOTE 2: WORN ON PITCH. This auctioned jersey was worn on pitch in  June 15th, 1997 for America Cup against Uruguay and swapped and gifted after the match by "Chino" Recoba  to his brother-in-law.
