PROVENANCE: UNBEATABLE and UNIQUE PROVENANCE! Jersey comes from former argentinian and international goalkeeper Ricardo "Oso" (Bear) Ferrero, and were part of his personal collection and then inherited by his sons who dream that their father's story, finally and after many years, will remain in the best possible hands, in collectors who will value and preserve the story of the "Oso" for life. Ferrero was also a member of the Argentina soccer team reaching "Toulon" Championship Title in 1975 and was selected during the previous list for friendly games preparing the world cup. Finally Ferrero did not get the final list. Ferrero also was part of the national team final list in America Cup 1975 and 1979.

NOTA 2: To understand the importance of Maier in the history of football and the auctioned jersey we can say he was one of the few players who has won all possible titles, both at national team and club level. He is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the history of the German national team and the sport. Playing for Bayern Munchen, from 1966 to 1977, he was considered the best goalkeeper, becoming known with the nickname "The Cat." In 1999 he was considered by World Soccer magazine among the 100 best players of all time and in 2005 among the all time Bayern Munchen perfect XI amont many other world awards.
