PROVENANCE: Jersey comes from former chilean and international striker Claudio "Diablo" Nuñez and piece comes from his personal collection in first source. El Diablo played 31 games for national team during his 7 yeasrs stage having and importal rol for the 1998 World Cup qualifiers. He joined Tigres de la UANL on July 27, 1996. He is an idol of the Monterrey fans for his goals in the Derby against Monterrey, being the top scorer in the history of the classics with 10 goals. All this exclusive auctioned pieces  were worn by the player himself on pitch or swapped after a known match.

Jersey worn on pitch on October 8th, 2000 during the match against Chile for world cup qualifiers. Ecuador finally got to the world cup with 31 points in an historic position just behind argentina in a great qualifiers performance where Ivan Hurtado was on of the best players.

NOTE 1: Claudio Nuñez came form bench at 46' and as related by player jersey was swapped after the match due their friendship with Hurtado being teammates in Tigres UNAM in México by that time.
