PROVENANCE: Jersey got from a known southamerican match worn collector. It comes from his personal collection.

NOTE 1: Rare and eclusive jersey issued to Superman Vargas in 2001 when the legend signed an advertising deal to replace the number 1 on his jersey with 188, which was the long-distance calling code for a telephone company.

NOTE 2: Vargas is considered one of the greatest foreign players in Universidad de Chile playing 11 season and reaching 6 titles including the 1994 title after 25 years.
