NOTE 1:  This exclusive and first time auctioned lot has first provenance with the very known Conmebol officer Enrique Bellomo ,and  was obtain direct from the player during the age. Current owner is a very known southamerican collector , and  it comes from his personal collection.

NOTE 2:  A relic from the "Matador" in maybe  his best seasons during his short career.Marcelo Salaas worn many back number during his first games for River Plate ( 7-9-11-16) . After his second come back the 11 (even 30) was his number. Marcelo Salas is considerer an absolute idol for the river's fans and one of the best striker ever in his two periods with the "Banda Sangre". Salas played 116 games , scoring  48 goals ans  27 assistance. During his career got 15 titles including best southemerican player of the year in 1996.

NOTE 3: Marcelo Salas even score 2 goals vs Ferrocarril Oeste with number 11 on the back. ( short sleeve) and played against "Tigre" (3-1) for Round 14 on 26/05/1997 at Monumental Stadium  with number "11" on back with long sleeves, identical like auctioned lot. See link attached.
