NOTE 1: RARE. As related by Diaz jersey was gifted by "El Mago" after his first visit back to chile after signing in  February 2004 where they had a dinner at the Fernando Diaz place. After six months at Rayo Vallecano, he terminated his contract. He only managed to play five matches at the Madrid club.
