NOTE 1: Jersey given as a gift  by Cristián "Huaso" Alvarez to "Nano" Diaz after the match played on June 26th, 2005 for semifinal 2005 "Apertura" due their friendship as a former club players.Jersey never washed and given just after the penaltu shootout when Católica was defeated in the road to the tournament final.

NOTE 2: CAPTAIN. Cristián Alvarez is a legend for club fans playing 16 season in 3 stages at the club with 427 partidos and 40 goals. Huaso reached 7 titles including 5 first division cups, being one of the most successful players in its history and one of its most loyal representatives.

NOTE 3: UNWASHED. Jersey with some mud mark dried from the game that became in yellow color in lower front and back.
