NOTE 1: HISTORIC LONG SLEEVED JERSEY. As related by Diaz jersey was gifted by his striker star after the second match in Coquimbo at the locker room during celebration  due  the friendship they achieved during the successful champion season.

NOTE 2: Unión Española thus secured its sixth national title and ended 28 years without a crown, in the first final in which neither Colo Colo, Universidad Católica, Universidad de Chile, nor Cobreloa were present. Neira was the team striker with 10 goals.
