As related by Trobbiani jersey was given by Diego himself to Trobbiani after the friendly match in Paraguay on May,09th, 1985 just one year before the famous world cup when Diego became a legend. So jersey from one of the best Diego's era. Very rare to find a jersey worn by Diego with know provenance and known match.
