PROVENANCE: The shirt comes from former uruguayan and international player Gustavo Matosas. Jersey comes from his personal collection in direct provenance. So auctioned pieces are  swapped or gifted to him during his 16 yeasr career in Uruguay, Spain, Argentina, Brasil, México, Colombia and China.

NOTE 1: This shirt was worn in the 1988/89 season. It corresponds to the match between Athletic Club de Bilbao and Malaga played on February 26, 1989, during Matchday 23 of LA LIGA. 

NOTE 2: Both sleeves unstitched at the bottom

• Jersey with a warmer inner fabric, probably to be worn during the winter season in Europe.
• Embroidered club team shield stitched on front made in felt material.
• Embroidered Adidas logo.
• Back number painted on square fabric material  sewn in borderline.
