Jersey worn on pitch and swapped after a known match by Nedved on May 17th, 2009. Pavel is consider a legend for the club during his 8 seasons playing 327 games and scoring 65 goals, reaching 5 titles including Serie B.

A REAL WITHNESS ABOUT HIS RETIREMENT. Jersey worn only 2 weeks after his retirement on May 31, 2009.

NOTE 1: Nedved played 90' during the game meanwhile Jaime Valdés was unused player that day. As declared by Valdés he asked to swap after the match at locker room.
