PROVENANCE: Jersey comes from one of the most well-known  collector in southamerica, who kindly decided to share part of his museum/collection with fans around the world through Dream Auctions. Jersey bought by him from known Sport Memorabilia house years ago and kept it storaged and cared until now when for first time is up for auction, so unique opportunity to own a never-before-seen piece of what many consider to be the greatest player in history, Edson Arantes do Nascimento, Pelé. Best provenance for one of the best.

He is the only player in history to have won three World Cups (1958, 1962, and 1970), and is also the all-time leading scorer  with a record 1,281 goals in 1,363 matches (including friendlies), a figure recognized by Guinness World Records and name  named "Athlete of the Century" by the International Olympic Committee and "Player of the Century" by FIFA.

Garment possesses a slight odor consistent with a garment of this age with normal small discoloration on back number wich is normal in garment like this. Jersey shows its age and use.

SANTOS HERO & WORLD ICON. Pelé made his professional debut with Santos at age 15 and  played 18 years for Santos FC (1956-1974), scoring 643 goals in 659 official matches. He led the club's golden era, winning two Copa Libertadores titles (1962, 1963) and two Intercontinental Cups (1962, 1963), in addition to dominating Brazilian football with multiple Paulista and national titles. With Pelé as the undisputed star, Santos became one of the best teams in the world, defeating European powerhouses on international tours and conquering the Americas and the world. He is considered the club's all-time leading scorer.
