PROVENANCE: Jersey got in first source for argentinian player who played youth tournament and years after got by known argentinian collector who is the current consignator.

NOTE 1: AMAZING STORY BEHIND.  Amazing and exclusive hard to find jersey worn by Venezuala pre-olimpic national team in Colombia. Finally Venzuela did not qualified nevertheless Argentina did not participate in the 1980 Olympic Games joining the United States' boycott of the Moscow Olympics. As a result, their spot was freed up, and Venezuela took their place in the 1980 Olympic Games. This was the first football tournament that the Venezuelan national team, La Vinotinto, played outside of its continent. In the group stage of these Olympic Games, they first faced the Soviet Union, the host nation, and lost 4-0. They then played against Cuba, also losing 2-1, and were eliminated in the group stage. They finished their campaign with a 2-1 victory over Zambia.
